They were able to accomodate a last-minute booking on a busy day. The staff running the car return was friendly and accommodating, especially when I had to return and ask about an item I had forgotten in my rental car. The staff was able to locate and return my item in a timely fashion and were very friendly about the whole ordeal.Reviewed 2024 Mar 12

Pros:It was easy to get in and out of parking and held our luggage nicelyCons:I would prefer the guy not try to get us to pay for an upgrade . Pros:It was easy to get the car, the car was perfect, I had a great experience with the overall renting. Easy to get there from the airport, & excellent service at the counter.Cons:It was a bit too expensive. I was shocked to learn insurance through Alamo would be $30 / day, when I could have gotten it for $12 / day through Kayak.
