Cons:Car smelled of.. Maybe greek food? Not bad or so but still:)

Cons:Customer service was terrible. They forced me to upgrade and pay twice as much. Unwilling to honor reservation.
Cons:I called before I arrived to check that they had the make and model of the vehicle I had reserved and they did not. Instead of the Mercedes GLK that was advertised they planned to give me a Ford Escape, without any prior notice. I assume it was so that i would have to accept the Ford as I would be left with no other options. I canceled the reservation with Driving Force immediately.
New truck, no lines to wait in, and they had time to shuttle me to the airport. Great Experience!
