Pros:Flew to Melbourne to see a friend. Asked what best way to get to his house and he said hire a car. Taxi? Uber? He said no, hire a car. I did and paid $35 instead of $125 and $100 each respectively. Would certainly do again!
Pros:The staff goes above and beyond to help you out whenever there’s an issue, and they are so courteous when doing so!!! You really are feeling very well looked after! 100% would recommend and will be back there again!

Pros:I never write reviews, but regularly rent cars. I was expecting at least a few criteria to be rock bottom like their prices, but I was happily surprised to have experienced an inclusive work environment where employees care and build immediate repour through candid, friendly and genuine communication - outstanding.
Cons:I apologise for pre-judging and presuming, but I’m only human right .. I’ve redeemed myself by writing this review.

Cons:Car was old, 87,000kms, today but not clean on inside. Being off the airport base is annoying, having to wait for shuttles.

Cons:When booking the rental, it was falsely listed as being airport pick-up. In fact, the company is based a drive away from the airport. Misleading therefore to be listed an 'on aiport' pick-up and drop-off. Also, when waiting for their minibus to pick me up, I had to wait more than 20 mins for them to pick me up, despite the driver saying he would be there in 10 mins. Some other people waiting (with a small baby) told me they had been waiting for nearly an hour.
