Pros:Value Kia the customer the ability to pick the car they want. Prices are great.

Cons:Customer service was horrible at Salt lake city. Max the attendant who attended me was super condescending. However, customer service in Las Vegas was awesome
Pros:It was pretty painless process. Cheap too! I opted for no insurance and they kind of hounded me about it. They never brought up the sunpass policy which I'd okay because I didn't use it. The rentals aren't brand new cars. There a some older vehicles with dents and bruises. Make sure you have them inspect the entire car before you take it. Customer service in person was just okay. But when I tried to call them, no one answered and I was on hold indefinitely. I just hung up. But, overall, if you want a car for just a few days and don't need to travel far, this is a good company to use.

Cons:Me and several other customers waited in line for 15 minutes upstairs . At this point the Fox representative told us that the upstairs counter was closing and we had to follow her downstairs. I waited another 15 minutes in line before the other customers and I was told that there were no cars and I had to go somewhere else or wait for several hours. By this point it was almost 12:30 a.m. The Fox agent referred us to Dollar. Not only did Dollar have many cars, but they also had a better rate and I saved $40. I wasn't upset that there was no car, but I was upset that the agent did not tell any of the customers for 30 minutes.
Pros:Very good rates and nice employees.
Cons:Took over an hour just to pickup the car; even though there were 8 people in front of me, they had 3 agents, and I had entered on line my drive license #. The parking lot was very dark outside 7:20 pm, impossible to check my car for dents, scratches, or cracks in the windshield. I took the shuttle from the airport to Fox. Very nice driver. When I dropped off the car it was extremely difficult to find the place. Not by all the other car rentals. No signs or directions for the Fox location drop. Need to let us know when we pick up and give written directions when we drop off. Outside not lighten up and wasn't sure where to park the car or what to do with the keys. Agent admitted it is a common complaint about finding the place.
Pros:Car was clean and well maintained.
Cons:The vehicles where not well maintained. First vehicle need a oil change and windshield wash. Turned it in at the Tampa Bay facility and we get a vehicle that had several dents on it, no power and didn't look like they ever cleaned the inside windows

Cons:Cars are always dirty. I’ve rented from Fox twice in the last year. A simple vacuum would be nice.
