Pros:The car was as specified.
Cons:It took awhile to get through when we called from the airport When we were filling out the paperwork they charged an additional $121 because they said we had to pay for an additional driver. We said no we only wanted my husband to drive. They said because I was the one filling out the application we had to pay for 2 drivers. Will never use this place again!

Cons:This was the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. Landed at the airport and had to call 6-7 times before anyone even answered the phone. The lady yelled at us over the phone because we misunderstood her directions on where we'd be picked up. It took 45 minutes and another call before we were on the shuttle heading to their run down "business." long story short, when we arrived, we were slammed with hidden fees that even the woman said is in the section of terms and conditions "that nobody reads." I had read the terms and conditions on the plane. I had to call my insurance company and have them email proof that I had full coverage, or else would have had to pay an extra $200. She also tried to make me pay for a full day when it was 3 pm. It took TWO HOURS from the time we landed until we were able to drive away with the car, and we felt so uncomfortable doing so. They were so unprofessional. She argued with me like a child and they would look over at each other and roll their eyes. There was another customer next to us who was having trouble with his rental as well. Overall, terrible experience and will never ever be going back here. I wouldn't be surprised if they close down very soon.

Pros:The price was great, the only reason I rented from here actually. I've never heard of Priceless Rental and always hesitate to rent from unknown services. Car ran great, no charge for mileage as we were driving all over Orlando.
Cons:I did not like that they asked for proof of my own personal car insurance, and if I didn't provide it, I would have had to pay for their jacked up in price insurance! Ridiculous! I've never had to do that at a rental car place EVER and I felt very uncomfortable in doing so. The man next to me did not have proof of his insurance, luckily I did and didn't switch out my wallet for vacation like I normally do, and the gentleman behind the counter was very argumentative and kept repeating that "it is policy, I'm not going to argue with you". Lucky we got our car quickly, but I won't be going back here and advise anyone considering renting from here to stay away.

Cons:Rented the car online using KAYAK. The total cost for the vehicle was 55 dollars. When I pick up the car, I always decline the insurance and gas option. When I did, they required me to show proof of insurance. I did not have any proof of insurance from my company and I do not care my personal insurance card with me. So I could not get the car unless I purchased their insurance. The car was horrible. It had a bad vibration, it made a horrible noise, the air did not work one time until I figured out the key had to be in the exact right spot for the blower/air to work. It had a hose hanging down below the vehicle. At the end of the week, my 55 dollar rental ended up costing 180 dollars. I always use KAYAK for my rentals....I wish they would pull Priceless Car Rentals off of their site. I will never use Priceless again.

Pros:The type of car and that’s about it
Cons:They told me the wrong parking spot to look for them. It took over 30 minutes for them to come over to pick me up. I finally get the car and the toll device I had wouldn’t add the car because the tag had overdue fees. When I told them they said “just deal with it or buy our program”! Really. Downing triple even maybe quadruple what I needed to for their program! I just called sunpass and they were super nice about it. Got it all taken care of. Also the gas taken wasn’t full - two dash marks down from full but I went ahead and filled it up. Then also I noticed the guy didn’t write down the major dent by the gas cap. I informed the lady it was already there and she went and checked the previous history I guess. Not a good experience. And the car was filthy.

Pros:The price for the car rental was just right.
Cons:I bought full coverage insurance when i chose the car. Once I picked it up I was told that they could not honor the insurance because if an accident happened the insurance company took too long to respond. I ended up paying for car insurance that cost me almost 3 times as much, so had to come up with a few hundreds more and then deal with a claim to get my $ back.

Pros:This place only has one location, so can't drop off anywhere else. Shuttle back to the airport was an old caravan, nasty inside! The lady that is running the place doesn't speak good English and was very nasty. Won't rent from here again.

Pros:Nothing, the Owner needs to take a deep look at this. I was there for about 3 hrs. hence, my vacation time was wasted while the employees could not handle 2 people! the atmosphere was negative and quick frankly put a negative vibe to my vacation. We eventually called Target Rental they were amazing
Cons:The Owner needs to hire professionals. After I got there the employee wanted to charge me a deposit fee of $250.00. She said that their system was wrong on that the deposit fee show online.Please contact Target Rentals if you would like to have professional and amazing experience. I would stay away!

Cons:Shuttle took forever. All the other car companies had gone out and returned three or more times before ours came. When we got there they tried to make us add $100 in insurance. They did it was in the details of the contract. You have to dig pretty far to find them. So we didn’t take the car. The fees are supposedly non refundable. I’m going to dispute the fee with my credit card. We’ll see how that goes. Do yourself a favor and rent through a company you’ve heard of.
