Pros:Easy pick up no hassle
Cons:They try and catch you on charges when you drop off. Be careful, if everything isn't right and the moon doesn't align with the axis of the earth, they'll try and hit you up for an additional $50 some where, somehow. You just have to argue like crazy to get them to be fair. They charged me $6 per day from the day I rented the car because I had to leave early on a day when the car was due back and my father drove the car to them. They said that by my dad bringing them the car, we broke our contract. When I asked where the penalty is listed for "breaking contract", they said its discretionary. Then when I argued for 20min, they agreed to remove all the days for having an additional driver except the last day, which was fine by me. My dad signed off only to come home and realize that they charged us $39 instead of $25 for the extra day of car rental ( they verballybsaid it would only be $25 when we called in the day before). What a mess. We had to call them, spend another 30 min in the phone to get it cleared. In the end we got what they promised, but not without the fight.

Pros:Literally, there was nothing to like. A true terrible experience and a scam. Routes rental car needs to be out of business. This organization is a very poor and bad representation of Kayak and Puerto Rico.

Cons:Track the time they close. Booked for 1800 and called and they confirmed. The booking agent states they close at 1900. The local site states 1800. No one will answer the phone

Pros:Once I made it to the rental office, the pick up was super fast. And the drop was easy and quick and we were taken to the airport without delay. Thank you!
Cons:It would be easier to explain to customers your agents are NOT in the airport car rental building so we do not waste time looking, but we can call immediately upon arrival for your van to pickup the customer. Other than that, everything went well.
