Pros:Great car and great service. Easy shuttle to and from airport.
Cons:No issues.
Cons:Ace was not at the airport as claimed. No one at the airport knew who they were. I finally found the place thru the internet. It was located a mile from the airport and hidden in a side room in a hotel. The hotel desk clerk directed me to them. Then when I found them, they wanted to charge me per mile for any mileage over 100 miles a day when I had contracted for unlimited miles. I showed them my copy of the contract and they told me that they would not honor it. All of the "real" car rental companies at the airport had sold out, so I was forced to get a rental car from enterprise 3 cities away from the airport. I will never use this company again and I very much doubt that I will use Kayak again also if they continue to use sub-par companies like ACE.

Pros:staff was easy and helpful
Pros:They don't care about their cars so there's less stress about a tiny ding or getting some dirt in it here or there. Which is actually kind of nice.
Cons:You have to be ready for informal car rental, they are barely a company. A number of things. It's unclear where to go at the denver airport, we had to call to find out to go to the off-airport sign. The cars are not cleaned before rental, expect a dirty car. They don't come out to do the inspection with you. They straight up tried to lie to us about the way tolls work in the area to try to get us to use their service (said as we drive along the toll road we might get scanned 4-5 times at $25 each). They marked the gas as full even though it was at a quarter tank. They said to just mark it on our pink sheet (even though when we returned the car they didnt even look at that). Another customer came in to report the side runner was missing from her car and they asked HER to produce a blank sheet of paper to make a note about it mon. The car was new-ish which was nice, but if anything went wrong i'd be worried about dealing with this company,.
Pros:Ummm... It was cheap?
Cons:When I picked up, the guy who brought me the car was just barely above grunting and pointing. I think he said maybe four words total. The car: Stained seats - not one or two spots, lots of stains! Bald tires - All 4. Miraculously, the one with the most tread had a leak. I had the car 4 days and had to fill the tire once. Needed an alignment - The car pulled left. Bad wheel bearing? - The car had aa low pitch rythmic hum on the highway, like a wheel bearing going bad. All that said, I did arrive Thanksgiving day, so maybe they were scraping the bottom of the barrel? Still, that car does not belong in a rental fleet.
Pros:Very kind, quick and professional staff
Cons:No shuttle ever arrived (Ace is located away from the main rental area). Called the office; no one picked up, and the number provided as actually for "MEC" rentals, which is apparently an Ace "partner". A looped recording said that shuttles run every 10 minutes (this was ~7 PM on a Thursday). After 25 minutes, walked into Alamo and had a car in 5 minutes.
Pros:Customer service at front desk was very pleasant
Cons:Took extremely long for airport pickup. Car was very dirty and had a cracked windshield. Had to exchange the vehicle after 3 days because of battery issues.
Cons:Car was filthy and Empty when picked up. Charged a $200 security deposit and didn’t credit it back. Off site with a trailer for office. horrible.
