Amazing price and great service. Only caveat is that pickup is tricky - we had to ask around at airport to clarify - and involved taking a city bus (which broke down, not aces fault) to a parking lot where we waited in rain for the ace shuttle to the ace office. It just took a while. But drop off much smoother as ace shuttled us direct to terminal. Overall definitely worth the pickup trouble and a great valueReviewed 2023 Nov 21

We were not able to get a car because Ace's power was out and they couldn't process any payments. We had to spend multiple hours securing a new rental.Reviewed 2023 Nov 11

To have a few issues but I guess the most important one was that they would not let me take the car out unless I bought their insurance. The card listed for in the time period that I required it was $199 and when I got up to the counter They charge me $250 for their insurance and I told them that I already had my personal insurance which covered rental cars but they insisted on the agent was posting to his coworker that he got a hefty commission which I understood even though he had a giant piece of white chilling in his mouth which made the conversation difficult in some areas. I don’t know for sure what he would say , I will go with one of the major car rentals next time upfront it’s a little bit more money but you don’t get scammed on the backend. I took the car out with a half a tank of gas. They bark full tank so when I brought it back, of course, with a full tank not to have to pay nine dollars a gallon , and also the floor mats were missing call Brandon car I think they charge you for missing mats. It might be another one of their charges I did videotape the car. Yours truly, Demetrio Serraino.Reviewed 2023 Oct 24

ACE car rental shouldn’t even be offer on the website for they close at 10pm. With LAX busy schedule and crazy traffic it’s always guaranteed your going to be running late. If a car rental don’t open 24HRS it shouldn’t even be on your website for deals because at the end it cost us the customer to experience a horrible time trying to get a next car rental which won’t even be a deal anymore. For me I already booked the car rental about one month out thinking you I got a deal and what I got was the worst car rental experience ever.Reviewed 2023 Oct 17
