The sales agent forced me to upgrade the car saying that the car I had rented was no longer available and I would have to wait for who knows how long unless I upgraded. There was an entire line behind me that would also have to wait for cars unless they upgraded? The woman next to me I later found out got a small car like she rented from another agent. The whole experience was sketch….lots of angry people leaving.Reviewed 2023 Sep 19

Took way to long to pick up a car I reserved. I waited in line 1 1/2 hours behind 17 people. They were busy, it was hot but HOUR AND HALF. Drop directions emailed to me told me to drive around rear of garage to return vehicle, the gate was closed and the attendant told me to drive around the front entrance go back around the block only to be misguided by sign, took min to drop off.Reviewed 2023 Sep 12

Very pleased with my experience at Midway and will definitely rent from them again. The team was friendly and efficient. The price was great. The only downside is having to take the bus to the van to arrive at pickup. Going back to LAX on shuttle was easy and quick.Reviewed 2023 Sep 09

The wait to pick up the car was horrible. More than a 2 hr wait. There was an estimated 20 minute check in per renter. The staff was unpleasant. I think that training and counseling could produce a more competent and courteous staff.Reviewed 2023 Sep 06
