My experience with State Van Rental was ok. The attended was professional and explained there process. What could have been better….. an updated van. I like how the attendant came and picked us up and drop us right off at the drop off area for our flight. In my next travel if a van is needed I will use them again.Reviewed 2022 May 24

We got to the office to drop off the van we rented at 7:35am and the office was closed. We had to wait for the manager to get there. Who arrived at 7:45am, and the everything worked out fine and seamless, but we got a little nervous because no one informed us the wouldn't be working.Reviewed 2021 Aug 02

Pros:Juan and George provided excellent customer service at pick-up and drop off. Thanks to both of them our experience with State Van Rental was great.Cons:We were unable to travel from Nevada to Arizona due to mile restrictions.
