Location was good. Very casual check in and check out. Car had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Was not clean inside. For the price it was fine for what we needed it for.Reviewed 2024 Apr 07

If I could give AVR a zero rating I would. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. I booked online for a 8am pickup but had changed my flight to a later flight and then that flight got delayed. Finally made it to their location which was off property and used to find. I had final them 4x to figure out where this shuttle was bc there are no signs for their company. When I finally got there, 30 mins to closing they said they gave my reservation away. Then she the lady said “oh sorry we have no cars left (which I saw cars on the lot) and pretty much whooshed me away. I had a family of 7. What a nightmare. I did rebook online with SIXT which was a few blocks and and SIXT was awesome. 😎 Never Ever again with AVR!!!Reviewed 2024 Apr 06

Communication is a real problem for this company. They don’t answer their phone or return calls. I tried multiple times over a two day period. Their “Live Chat” option online is apparently un-manned. Never got a response. Dropoff was a nightmare for me.Reviewed 2024 Mar 12

The worst experience I have ever had, when we arrived at 4pm they were already closed, I called customer service and they couldn't resolve anything, I had to rent a car somewhere else and when I go the next day to pick up the car I had rented they told me They had canceled my reservation and were sold out. There were 2 other guests in front of me upon arrival so i expected a bit of a wait as there was only one person who was at the terminal to assist with the rentals. Once it was my turn i realized that the older woman who was helping guests was very slow and very rude. I would have waited for someone else had ANYONE else been available. The lady did not have the vehicle i requested so i had no choice but to take a smaller vehicle. I was not happy with that but she made it worse that she was unsympathetic and just rude overall. When i dropped off the vehicle, the woman that helped me was very nice and polite so not all employees are rude; just the older woman.Reviewed 2024 Jan 08

Great little rental c company. They have good prices, clean vehicles, and the staff was amazing. When I got there they said I'd have to pay an extra $13/day for California's liability insurance but it's not actually extra, as kayak includes that in the prices they show you when you first search.Reviewed 2023 Nov 27
