The vehicle was nice. It was new and met our expectations. The pick-up point at SanFransisco was nice. There was an air train. It was easy to go to Airport. But the pick-up point in LA was not easy for us to go from Airport. We went by taxi with 2 kids and 4 pieces of baggage. It took a long time to get our vehicle. More than 1 hour.Reviewed 2022 Jul 05

We waited an hour for our car. Didn’t get the car we paid for. The busses to and from we’re late and absolutely packed. Additionally we expected that we had paid the full amount but we’re charged an additional 70 dollars by dollar. Will not use this service again.Reviewed 2022 Jun 14
