Pros:Nothing. My car broke down about 15 minutes after getting in it. I was stuck on the 405 for over an hour. It was very dangerous.Cons:Check the fluids on the car. Pros:The actual people I dealt with in person were very nice and helpful. The car was very nice and clean.Cons:The customer service is the worst thing I've ever experienced. We broke down at 9:30pm one night and were on the phone with their ‘emergency’ roadside assistance for over 45 minutes and no one ever answered the phone.
