They called me right before our trip to say the van we had reserved was not available and they would not give me a replacement vehicle. Never got a rental from them. I explained they should give us another vehicle and I had a confirmation number, and he would not do so.Reviewed 2023 Nov 19

When I picked up the rental car (a Kia Niro EV), they asked me to return the car with 70-80% charge. That's exactly what I did (I returned it with ~190 miles of range, or 75% charge). Then they charged me $35 to charge the car up. I will be disputing the charge, but I should not have to waste my time doing this.Reviewed 2023 Nov 08
