They did not have a car available in the class I selected. They charged me the upgrade difference for something that I did not have because they did not have cars. She blamed on me arriving early, but I was only 45 minutes early because our flight arrived early.

You rented me a truck they did not have. I needed a truck bed to move a couch. I has to scramble and waste time to get a replacement. I spent more time and money, all because I relied on your reservation. Had I not, I could have easily gotten another truck.

The car was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The service could not have been worse. We waited over an hour before we had someone finally pick up the phone and send an airport van. On our return flight, we turned our car in at the appointed 4:00 time to find a note on the desk that said “please place the keys in the Dropbox. We had expected to get a ride to the airport, but that was not to be. We walked 20 minutes or so to the airport and barely made our flight. The communication with your renters needs some work.
