Pros: Nothing. I called ahead to ask if getting my car after 12:30am (the time posted on google for when Sixt closes at LAX) would be a problem. The customer service rep told me that I should not worry, LAX Sixt is open 24 hrs. This was false information I was not able to get my car and I was forced to get another car elsewhere at 2am. Didn’t make it to bed u til 3am. SIXT refuses to refund me. Sketchy.

Cons: I reserved a small/economy vehicle ahead of my trip but during my pickup I was told they had no more of these in their lot. Not sure how that works (something you reserve and pay for not being available), but fine. Where Sixt failed was not adjusting for their mishandling of the situation. My only option was to get a mini-van or pay for a luxury vehicle. How is that fair??
Pros: My car was upgraded without charge. It was a great car, extremely comfortable and something I did not expect. Also, despite pushing the insurance, the employee was polite and apologetic for wait.
Cons: Better online pick up with online check in can really speed up the process. I spent one hour standing after a long flight to pick up car. Furthermore, it’s time to stop pushing extra insurance sales, especially when customer declined it and stated that he has coverage through his insurance.
Cons: Did not receive the vehicle. Something wrong with their system. Waited 1.5 hours. Ended up going to enterprise for rental. Still waiting on refund

Cons: Reservation was supposed to be for airport location. Shuttle was a long wait. Then had to uber to downtown location for rental car. 2 hours wasted.
Pros: The car was comfortable, and the process was easy.
Cons: The car smelled like asian food for the first several days. I wiped the interior several times and found sauces spilled. Made me a little less confident that the car was thoroughly cleaned prior to my possession of it.
