Origina car reserved was not available, “upgraded to a larger van” but ran into complications with parking. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating both at pick up and drop off.

I booked a car with GPS and called to confirm that my request was honoured. I was told it was. However when I went to pick up the car I was told there were no vehicles with GPS. I was upgraded to a better vehicle with CarPlay but it was not a good way to start the trip. Also, whenever I’ve rented a vehicle, someone has always checked the car with me and pointed out where various things are. Didn’t happen here. Had to get the manual out to figure out a couple of things

Kayak duped me into booking National by quoting me a price, not noting the price in the booking and then I was charged $25 more than the price listed at the time of booking. Never again with Kayak. Cheat
