Pros:Staff was very friendly
Cons:My 2020 SUV wouldn't start. I kept having to jump start it

Pros:The car was fine and the price was as well.
Cons:I specifically advised that my Amex card and personal insurance covered me. The agent understood and agreed. But I discovered I was charged the insurance anyway when the charge showed on the bill--which I didn't get until it was emailed to me 6-8 hours into the rental. I was wrongly charged for the insurance. I sent an email to Easirent, but to date have heard nothing. Therefore I would never rent from this company again, nor recommend it to anyone. Still hoping for an attempt by the company to make it right.
Cons:Our shuttle driver was very unfriendly, our car rental was full of dents and scratches and dirty on the inside
