Pros:Not much
Cons:They seem very shady. The cost was slightly more than the Kayak receipt. I'm going to have to check my card to insure they refund the hold they placed. The rental clearly stated unlimited mileage they tried to make me sign something that stated I only received a smaller amount of mileage. The guy argued and I almost walked away, he said my email receipt from Kayak was missing a second page of fine print with all their terms. When booking everything clearly stated unlimited mileage. The car had excessive scratches & scrapes all around, it was in very poor condition. The car did not run well, it knocked & rattled & was not in good working condition. Although the rental was inexpensive I regretted not going with the next option that was just a few more dollars a day with a company that was more professional & seemed more reputable.

Cons:Firstly they charged me additional $30 to add another driver. In addition the car sucked. They said ford fusion or similar so I wanted to rent Fusion but there is no choice. They did not even have the Fusion. Every car is too old.

Pros:Very personal service! I took the time to inspect the vehicle with me and indicated any discrepancies.
Cons:There's always something not to like however I couldn't find anything wrong.

Cons:Pacific charged me twice as much as they estimated on Kayak. If that had been the extent of it, I may have left it alone. The day after I returned my car, however, the manager called to tell me that there is a "new scratch" on the front bumper. The car they rented to me was already scratched up, so I assumed he had gotten something confused and I could simply send the pictures I had snapped of the car before driving away from the lot. He sent me pictures of a car I'm not convinced is the car I rented, with a big scratch in the bumper, and asked that I have my lawyer call him. I have never felt so mistreated by a company. I'm certain that I had nothing to do with a scratch in the car I rented, and after consulting Yelp I noticed that Pacific has pulled this same stunt with at least one other customer. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Cons:The service was bad- Shawn at the front desk was rude. I ended up paying extra because of an error on their end. I won't be using them again

Pros:Fast pick-up & drop-off at airport. No problems. No up-sale, friendly, fast in & out.
