Pros:William and Ali were courteous, friendly, and helpful in explaining all the important details!
Pros:The whole experience was excellent, but mainly I want to praise the staff for being super friendly and overall helpful.
Pros:Fast Pass Pickup and drop off was so quick and easy. No crazy fees for gas fill up. Great Cars. Super Clean.
Cons:I was able to reserve a car on line to drive from Manhattan to Cleveland. I even received a confirmation number. When we called to verify, we were then told that we could not have a car with a one way trip to Cleveland. I then received 2 texts and 2 phone calls requesting that I forward my information regarding the rental. During the last phone call, requesting "where I was" it was indeed clarified that I could not rent the car one way to Cleveland and the person on the line would just cancel the rental "for me". Really? It was confusing and frustrating.
Pros:Great service. They were very friendly and accommodating.
Cons:The price listed was not their actual price. Had to call in and get the prices changed. In this regard they were extremely helpful.
Cons:Within the Silvercar App, they had the wrong address for the drop-off location.

Cons:Attendant at location was unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude enough that I opted to cancel my reservation and make other arrangements. I can't say anything about the vehicle itself since I was never in it.

Cons:The office was a mess, the initial app sign up wasn't clearly mentioned that had to be completed prior to picking up the vehicle, parking lot extremely tight
