Pros:The car was clean and exactly what we orderedCons:Pickup and dropoff were terrible. Staff ignored us and gave us all the wrong instructions on where to get the car. Pros:Customer service was great. Got a choice of the color of the carCons:My car options were limited to the “very similar car”. I paid for a mustang(“similar car”) and got a Camaro.
