The pickup counter was closed even though we called to verify they would be open when we arrived. We were routed to a different rental car company who didn't honor the car size we had reserved at the price point that was a part of our reservation. I booked a fill size sedan. They didn't have it readily available. They gave me a 4 year old SUV with 55k miles on it. Wheel balancing of the car was off. Everytime I would go above 40 mph the car started wobbling. At the return I was charged $30 for fuel services even when I filled up the tank.
