Budget did not honor the car rental reservation. They simply called an hour before the pickup to let me know there was no availability. There was no intention to resolve the problem on their part, other than vague instructions to call the 1-800 number. Very bad experience.Reviewed 2024 Jul 01

The expérience with budget itself was really good. The pick up / drop off went smoothly and pleasant. However, we rented a Ford mustang convertible and the inside car smell weed smoke . Also, it was not 100% clean.Reviewed 2024 Jun 27

How is this place even in business? They didn’t have any cars and their main help line doesnt have an inventory of cars at their locations. I had to drive around to 3 locations only to find out none of them had cars.Reviewed 2024 Jun 16

Pickup location was rundown and dirty. Received a car with less than a quarter tank of gas despite having been told the tank would be full. Options were to fill it ourselves and return at the same level (adding an unanticipated stop to our itinerary) or wait an unspecified amount of time to see if one with more fuel would be returned, as allegedly refueling vehicles between rentals is not a part of their process.Reviewed 2024 May 06

We arrived to the Budget Rental in the Miami Airport to a very long line for our rental pickup. The line moved very slowly and added over an hour to our long travel day. We won’t be using Budget again. The other rental businesses seemed to be properly staffed and taking care of their customers very quickly.
