Pros: Absolutely not. Very poor customer service.
Cons: If the staff had been upfront and honest about cost, such as actual cost of adding an additional driver, cost of detailing at the end (for sand and additional &100!) very disappointed and will not return to enterprise.

Cons: This company is really bed! They offers card the actually don't have! I maked a reservation for commercial Ford mostang, I called to confirm that it really exists in the branch, than when I came they sat they don't have! And it happened twice, day after day. Don't rent from enterprise

Pros: Enterprise canceled my reservation just hours before pickup, with no resolution offered. I had to go book another car completely out of pocket.
Cons: I was notified less than 24 hours before my arrival to Miami that there were no rental cars available even though I made my reservations two weeks prior to my trip. The only available cars were at the airport and they were all $300-$500 a day.
Cons: Never got the rental I was told they were Sold Out. Very displeased

Pros: They did not have enough cars for customers, blamed spring break. Stranded people were upset. I got a car as a favor it seemed. But it was old and dirty inside and out (while Covid-19 is still going on), it felt gross, I wiped driver's area myself. I had to ask to get the dirty glasses cleaned. Also dashboard signaled car needing service. Card processing tool was malfunctioning. I had to ask how tolls work in Florida, no info offered. Gave me wrong closing time (on paper, and verbally by the kind but uninformed rep who processed my pick-up) thus I found location closed at drop-off! The representative locked in the office was reluctant to offer assistance. Stressful. It all felt chancy, unreliable, unsettling.
Cons: Should be prepared with sufficient vehicles to match bookings. Clean the cars well. Have knowledgeable and proactive staff. Have consistency in published business hours on all platforms. Provide right info on paper. Have an automated system to send a alert text to renters with drop-off location and time the day before. And, answer the phone!!
