A bit confusing at pickup in Miami. Drop off in Jacksonville better. There was a tire low pressure warning on rear right tire. It should have been fixed before pick up. I topped it up at a gas station but after a few hours it leaked and was half-full again (stopped leaking at 2 bars or so). You should fix such things permanently. I as customer don’t want warning lights and stuff. Car should be tip top in that respect. Price much higher than expected. You advertise a price and it’s almost doubled when leaving the car, due to various fees with resourceful names such as “tax ABC123”. A bunch of bullshit if you ask me. I don’t wanna pay 10 rows of funky taxes. Remove ASAP.Reviewed 2022 May 20

Bait & switch with higher pricing. Booked a vehicle for $155 but were switched to slightly larger vehicle at double the price. Assigned car and when pulling out of rental agency security at gate said car cannot be rented as it’s due for service or inspection. The lady who attended me at the car pick up counter was soooooo pushy. After standing in a long immigration line was soooo tired, wanted to get my car and just leave. But she wouldn't back off from selling me more insurance at 11pm. She was mean and rude, indicated that i was stupid to buy the $10 a day insudrance with Expedia and never to do that again and buy their $25 a day one with Dollar .Insisted on me buyinh it for over 20 mins. I was so frustated. She even said if i knew u were a tourist and u hit my car in an accident i wd go after u for money. BAD BAD BAD example to give a tired customer. I wanted to scream but was too tired for even that. Car was in good condition n clean and happy with everything else.Reviewed 2022 Apr 18

They are impossible to connect to. My daughter left her phone in the car and we realized it within 15 min and tried to call and couldn’t get through. Let the airport and went back and tracking shows it was there and that someone charged it but mo one at dollar could help me. They told me I had to call lost and found on Monday but someone on site had it and was charging it. We almost missed our flight and still don’t have the phone and have spent hours on the phone. The manager on shift Saturday afternoon/evening was terrible. Did nothing to resolve the issue and wouldn’t even come talk to me.Reviewed 2022 Apr 17
