Cons: Everything!!! Looking for a solution for your customer would have been nice for a start ostras of saying no to everything.
Pros: The drop off and pick up staff were excellent.
Cons: The quality of the car was the only problem. The first car's air conditioning did not work and the car was replaced by the agent.

Cons: Had a little trouble with displays (changing kph to mph) & guidance system, but it was all “operator error” since our personal car is older and doesn’t have them. No problems at all with the Sixt company.

Cons: When we got to the airport we apparently booked at a place offsite from airport, and our we were at the airport after 6 and that offsite place closed at 6. The man at the Sixt counter at the airport would not let us transfer the rental. So I lost $250 and had to book a last minute rental from a different service for $900. Absolutely ridiculous I will NEVER use your service again!
Pros: Car was clean and had nice amenities.
Cons: The car we originally paid for was not available (that has happened to me before with this company) so they offered me a “deal” on a luxury car available. It ended up being more than twice as much as what I originally paid.
Pros: Could not understand the staff during the rental sign-in and they stuck us with an upgrade to BMW when our agreement was for a Volkswagon. Raised our rate $30 a day. Very unhappy with you guys.

Pros: The gentleman I dealt with was great, helped get us into an amazing BMW with 2k miles that was super clean and drove amazing.

Cons: The pickup in MIA was terrible in terms of time it took to get the vehicle. We waited about 45 minutes in line and even though I filled out everyone on-line for check-in, it seemed that I repeated the whole process once at the counter. Sixt needs to find a way to speed up the check-in process otherwise I'll go elsewhere.
Pros: the free upgrade.
Cons: Telling us where the shuttle to the rental lot was in advance.

Cons: Everything. My wife and I had a rough travel.
Had a booking, I dropped my license at the airport gate, the staff would not accept a scan of my license (front and back), or my passport as proper ID. So we had to use my wife's ID and card instead. No big deal, right? WRONG.
They canceled our reservation for a luxury vehicle, which we'd reserved for my birthday as a special treat. This was because "we need a credit card for this because we take out a large security deposit", despite my using a debit card to reserve the luxury vehicle for the initial booking.
They eventually made us take a standard SUV (not even a sedan, apparently they "didn't have any"). Our new reservation, the standard SUV, was SOMEHOW $250 more expensive than the luxury vehicle rental was booked for.
We were presented with two options for the SUV rental, a highlander and a durango. We asked for the highlander, but they PUSHED their new Durangos on us, not taking "no" for an answer.
The Durango was awful. The seats were like rock, the A pillars are terrible for visibility, the rear-view mirror literally takes up the entire center of the windshield.
The car was enormous and difficult to keep in lane, not to mention parking it.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, would NOT recommend. Just go to Enterprise, Budget, or Alamo. Don't waste your time on Sixt; it should be your 'sixth' choice.
