Horrible car, the entire thing shook if you drove over 45. Brakes made horrible squeaking noise. Poor air-conditioning, and dirty. Felt like a very old model, and it certainly needed to be worked on.Reviewed 2024 Jan 17

The issue was really with Rentalcars.com. We tried to rent at the Miami airport, but got there and realized the rental was at a Hertz offsite. That site closed at 2pm. We were scheduled to pick the car up at 2pm. It never would have worked out. The problem wasn’t necessarily with Hertz, but we weren’t able to get a car at all.Reviewed 2023 Nov 10

I Requested a rental with a hitch, I was also told by the staff just request it at the counter its a accessory. When got there they told me-they dont have rentals with hitches its a liability. Wasted my time and 7 busines days till I get my refundReviewed 2023 Nov 03

I booked the car for off the cruise boat and asked for shuttle transport and was advised it was cancelled when I confirmed the booking earlier hertz did nothing to help and left me and my family of 7 in limbo for transportation extremely unsatisfied with the lack of communication and poor customer service!Reviewed 2022 Nov 13
