We will never use Advantage again. We waited in line for two hours to pick up the car due to computer issues and slow agents. When we finally got the car, it had a musty smell. Rather than dealing with another wait time, we decided to buy Febreze to rid the car of the smell. After repeated applications, that worked. The windows were dirty. There was no windshield wiper fluid. Definitely not worth the savings. Stick to the major brands.Reviewed 2022 Apr 28

Pickup was pretty rough. There was one staff member, and a heck of a line. They are busy trying to upsell the rental itself, and then all of the add on options. The process takes entirely too long. Otherwise, I got a Nissan Altima for the Toyota Camry class (they are not the same), but I was so over it by the time I got my car, I was just happy to be on my way. From landing to driving out of the garage was a solid 2 hours.Reviewed 2022 Feb 28

Quick checkout at counter was great. Easy finding car and it was clean and exactly what we needed. Only issue was returning the car as it was a little confusing on what to do because no one was there. We are both drs and came to Miami for a medical conference. As soon as we got to the advantage counter representative advised us that kayak doesn’t know and doesn’t run our rentals. He was referring to free miles. Immediately he said that there are some miles are free the rest is 40-50 cents per mile. This was just a beginning. Than he requested utility bills. We don’t carry bills with us nor was this requirement on kayak website. We stood there for an hour and half trying to call different companies to get the copy. Internet service was lousy, reception was horrible. After an hour and half I received an email from Atlantic Broad Band, that was no good as per the manager she was looking for something else. My wife was on the phone with another company to try receive one more receipt but female manager said that mortgage is not acceptable. At that point, mind you an 1.5 hours later we understand that this company are crooks, I did raise my voice and I did say that I will call cops to straighten this situation. Luckily this is airport and we walked into the next door rental, without the reservation we were able with two items driver’s license and credit card to leave with a car with in minutes. NEVER AGAIN willl we come back to this lousy service crooked company. We are using kayak services for years, you don’t need to be associated with this type of reputation company. The entire service was horrible and a scam. Didn’t even end up renting a car from this company so I went to hertz. If your looking for a scam come here.
