Cons:
I booked a car through Kayak with Alamo. I spent $35 on an Uber from YYC to the pick-up location just to find out the location had shut permanently. I was on a tight schedule after just missing a flight for reasons out of my control. This will be my last time booking anything through kayak. I recommend going directly through another company if you want to save your time and money and actually get the service you are needing. Extremely disappointed.7.6 Good

The downtown location is a bit far from my house and they don't offer a pick up /drop off to there. It would have saved me $25 in Uber if they picked me up and dropped me off. (the location closer to me has poor service and no selection for vehicles)10.0 Wonderful

Company did not have any SUV on-time, I had to go to another office of different company to pick it up.A car was not ready that time too. Denied to provide me with an agreement in any form. Denied even to confirm my rate. Rated car was not clean enough outside and inside.9.6 Wonderful

Very Friendly helpful staff in Winnipeg, however the van we rented was not up to highway standards. the back wiper didn't work properly. Not worth the price we paid. There was no staff to return the vehicle to, was difficult to find return location.10.0 Wonderful

Couldn’t find the shop easily because it was named discount rentals with no street signage of europcar. When we arrived they didn’t have the car we ordered and uphold us to a truck. That I was three hours late to get the car shouldn’t have been an issue, my planes were delayed so I was delayed.10.0 Wonderful

We were allowed to drop off at 40 Hopewell Way NE. a location closer to the airport. Tony He and Ravdeep Singh were professional and cordial. They proceeded to inspect the vehicle and process through. We were shuttle to the airport immediately. ALL RENTAL EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE THIS WAY. EXCELLENT!Budget

Ana Maria was a great person to deal with. Customer service was par excellence. She was quick to point out the facts and help us out with the rental. Mike was courteous too. I was amazed at their customer service. Prompt and proactive.Cons:
The vehicle had some side pockets on the door that were not cleaned and there were food crumbs near the gear-shifter from previous rental. We had to wipe it clean with a wet towel and a disinfectant especially in this pandemic environment.10.0 Wonderful

The reservation went to the wrong Budget location despite triple checking that the airport location was the one for our trip. The reservation went to the downtown location which was closed by the time my flight arrived, and seeking help with this issue was impossible10.0 Wonderful
