Cons:I had a situation that i'm not happy about. The wind screen had a small crack on the driver side and the crack got bigger every day. I had to pay 400€ for the damage and is not right. Feeling slightly unwelcomePros:Efficient staff, and a swift process to return, and the requested taxi arrived quite speedily.Cons:Someone literally parked their car smack in the center of the two available spaces as we were driving into the lot to drop off the car. We had to park temporarily blocking another vehicle in until they moved again. The office itself was chill and bare, with no real place to wait.Reviewed 2016 Dec 10
