Pros: Yes the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm going back!
Understaffed - overbooked
Pros: At least they did have a car for us although it used up extra time having to wait to get driven to the other office and then check in there.
Cons: They didn't answer the phone (understaffed) so nobody came to pick us up at the cruise terminal. The location was overbooked so had to drive several of us to another location to get the cars we reserved. Upon return (before 5:30) we were told they might not be able to drive up back to the cruise terminal since it would be at least 5:30 till the driver returned from dropping others off (again due to being understaffed).
Cons: They would not use my prepaid card, though it says on their website that they would. The Saint John agent told that their system kicks out ALL cards that are not credit cards, contrary to Enterprises statement on their site. AND try contacting anyone at ENTERPRISE website to discuss this. I believe what Enterprise states on their website is misleading..
Cons: Car was NOT available like reservation said it would be
THERE WAS NO CAR AVAILABLE!
Cons: I twice made confined online reservations for a car in Saint John and was twice informed that despite the online confirmation, no car was available. I am a regular enterprise customer in the US, but this causes me to wonder if your Canadian operations provide a lower level of service.
