It was easy to find and the staff were friendly. The car I got was smaller than advertised (said 4 bags, more like 2 fit) so they tried to upsell me to an electric car of the same model which also didn’t work. They then switched me to another car which was decent but by that time it had been an hour of figuring things out. When I returned the vehicle at the time I left they still charged me for an extra day. Total rip off!Reviewed 2026 Apr 29

I had a VW reservation for about $270. I’m 81 years of age and didn’t realize that by adding 1 day and changing cars I was charged an additional $400 !!! $400 I was taken advantage of. She pulled what we call “a fast one on a senior citizen” I will be sure to tell my thousands of social media connections about Europcar fleecing me if you do not correct this within the next week.
