The person at the pickup desk was so rude impolite unprofessional! Try to deceive me by telling me the security deposit is $$ but he punched in more money in the Machine but I saw the difference ! He tried to hustle with the daily insurance rate and gave me unbelievable rate even though I come to trabzon at least 3 times a year and I know the prices! When try to discuss things with him he try to make fun of me! and raise his voice trying to intimidate me! He is a disgrace to the company The worst experience I have ever had in rental companies in my entire life without a doubt!!! having said that , at time of returning the car, it was a different story, the gentleman was very polite and extremely professional!Reviewed 2022 Aug 01
