Cons:Standard cabin baggage is too large for Flybe, making it particularly difficult if you’re a frequent flyer with numerous airlines. Looks like I will have to invest in a marginally smaller bag just to fly with them. The flight also left late and staff at the gate seemed poorly organised

Pros:Easy online check-in with option to enter Advanced Passenger Information (API), instant e-mail alert to flight being delayed, quick boarding procedure, and great selection of food and drink on flight. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and a repeat customer.
Cons:This is just a minor complaint but I can't seem to save my boarding pass obtained after online check-in to my apple wallet. I couldn't scan my boarding pass off my phone so I had to get it printed at the computer kiosk by the departures desk.

Cons:En route to the airport, I was assaulted and robbed. When I arrived to the airport slightly later than planned, the airport staff was rude and inflexible considering my circumstances. After the rude welcome, it took me 1.5 hours to get through the security line, and as a result, I missed my flight. I couldn't reschedule, couldn't get refunded, and was told to rebook a flight at over double the original cost. Flybe made my terrible day, far, far worse.

Pros:The crew were very pleasant and professional. Cheapest flight from Heathrow to Edinburgh. Flight was on time.
Cons:Small planes, with the smallest cabin size bag specification. Seats were not comfortable.
