Car rental at Gillette Campbell County Airport

Cons: I reserved a truck at least a month in advance ..I called a week in advance and offered to pay for the rental ...two hours before I was to arrive they called me and told me they didn't have a truck so I called and found one at hertze at the last minute and had to pay over twice the money ....what a way to ruin a vacation

Cons: Rental agency was closed upon arrival. Had to rent vehicle from another vendor

They had no cars available.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: No rentals available at all, the representative at the pick up location said that they were overbooked by several vehicles each day and there was no management to speak to.
