I went to the airport at 7:30pm but there is sign that no one gonna come until 11:15. I was waiting and contact with them. They told me that worker will show up in 15 mins but he came to the counter 50 minutes later7.6 Good

booking with Kayak was the problem, i requested a different drop off location from the pickup, got the pricing and booked the car, but when I got to Enterprise they had the drop off location the same as the pickup location. so i was charged a fee for not returning the vehicle to the same location. this was either Kayaks or Pricelines fault.10.0 Wonderful
