Unfortunately the car was extremely hard on fuel despite asking for an economy. I drove only 60 km on the highway with no traffic and it cost over $20 to refuel. The car did not run well, you could feel it shifting every gear like there was something wrong with it and it was an automatic. Other than that, it was okay. We arrived at Halifax airport late (9:30 PM), and called the number. No answer. Waited about 10 minutes, called again, go someone to pick us up. Staff should have headsets to be able to answer phone wherever they are, to avoid panic attacks by customers.7.6 Good
