On line ticket purchase really poor. Website not user friendly. Customer Service people require better training regarding fees / fares application. When airline cancels issued boarding pass should call customer and notify. Will not fly this airline ever again
Everything was fine. Can’t expect a huge deal on a 35 minute hopper flight.
Flight crew made us feel they did not want to be there - the seats in Business are uncomfortable compared to other airlines and no inseat entertainment is not fun when you are kept waiting on the tarmac in both directions
Everything was first class. The only disappointment is that Hawaiian Airlines offers no way to access the internet in flight.
All in all for the length of the flight it was great! Island to island was fine!
My flight was cancelled with no explanation. The gate agent didn’t even know why it was cancelled. Not a good experience.

I felt Kayak wasn't very forthcoming in my reservation. It said I would need to get my seat assignments directly from Hawaiian Airlines. What Kayak DIDN'T indicate that I would have to wait until 24 hours before my flight to get seat assignments. I will never use Kayak again for future flights! As for Hawaiian Airlines, the Airbus 300 is aptly named as seats are packed so closely together there wasn't much room at all. It was the tightest packing of passengers I have ever experienced. So, other than getting us safely to our destination, the rest was pretty awful.
The airline kept changing our flights. Three times over 7 months and little did we know that when we went to get our boarding passes, they had changed again without us knowing it! Therefore, we had to check in at the airport and not sit together on a couple legs of our trip. My wife's phone charger also was magically lost coming through security. Overall, of course, we had a wonderful time, but these things took some of the aloha out of the experience.
In flight breakfast sandwich unexpected, no charge and very good. Economical ticket price. All good.

great easy experience all around. The only rubb was I wasn’t able to check in online like I usually can because I guess I booked with a third-party instead of directly with the airlines. I would love it if you could make it so that I could just get my boarding pass online though because it makes getting there and going through security so much easier. Other than that it was a great experience. Thank you very much.

Delayed over 6 hours then sat on tarmac for over an hour
My screen wasn’t working property, nor was the headphone jack so to hear the tv/movies. So I sat without entertainment for 10 HOURS! Also, the food was completely unacceptable. I have bought better food out of vending machines. I have flown 100’s of times and I have to say this was the WORST food I have ever had on a plane. I’m quite surprised actually. I’ve flown with Hawaiian before and probably will again inter island but NEVER again for long flights. It was all so disappointing and that’s not what I expect from them.
Pros: Crew was very nice, it’s also nice to receive a warm meal.

Pros: The back restroom was kept clean throughout the flight. A meal was served.
Pros: Very good free food, which was very nice. Friendly, helpful attendants.
Cons: They had no earbuds so I couldn’t use the entertainment.

Cons: There were no precautions taken due to Covid. It felt very crowded and gave us a feeling of insecurity.

Cons: Broken backup computer not identified until 5 minutes before takeoff. Pilot said would be delayed one hour. Delayed four hours and didn’t get in until midnight, with busy day at work next day. Four hours is a lot longer than one hour. Just say four hours up front. Luckily we didn’t have to make a connecting flight. I would have been quite upset if I missed a connecting flight because they said it would only be a one hour delay and I didn’t try to switch to another flight because I was falsely told it would only be one hour.
