HYA Hertz were fine and helpful.Cons:
PVD dropoff HERTZ was disinterested and didn't leave the booth. Perhaps afraid of catching COVID from customers? Prefer to have car checked by a liver person, to be sure NO damage, as you're holding $200 of my funds for just this reason. Don't hold the money if you cannot be bothered to look at the vehicle when it is returned. No damages from me, but I am disrespected and penalized for others' drivers damages when you cannot even be bothered to check -- Lazy personnel!7.6 Good

The staff was very friendly and one reason I would come back. However, she was overwhelmed with customers. She was one person handling at least three customers while i was there. She maintained a friendly disposition though. In the middle of an epidemic, you need to be flexible and patient. The checkin process took a little while but given the environment, the staff handled it very well.Cons:

Rental was for a commercial van and it was a bait and switch situation - instead of the van the only available vehicle was a Penske box truck. Vehicle had more than 100,000 miles, reeked of smoke and felt dangerous to drive.4.0 Mediocre
