Drop off was easy, car was clean and basically brand new.Cons:
The cost of the insurance was outrageous. We have rented from Sixt in other countries and the cost of insurance (for full coverage) was more than half as much. Not sure what the deal was but the insurance costs 2.5 times the cost of the car itself!2.0 Poor

The site is misleading and does not show all complete data. After arriving at the counter we realized that we were being cheated and we had to pay an extra of over 2 times what we paid. Nothing that was listed anywhere on the site.Cons:

I did not like how the employee treated me.. nothing to like...Cons:
Basically, this company Sixt treats its clients as prays, wants to make money as much as possible .. they refuse to rent me the car bcs I don't have international driver's license.. I have Canadian driver's license that I use anywhere in Europe every time I travel ... They asked me to pay almost € 100 per day just avoid not having DL.. and they also refused to give me the car without insurance even though I told them that I have my own insurance. and of course they asked to pay more for that... I ended up canceling my reservation with them and renting from a company next to them.. the new company gave me no hard time at all.. no international driver's license and no insurance..Thanks Sixt.. no more dealing with you...6.0 Okay

Car was great and I got an excellent price from your website for it.Cons:
Upon picking up my rental from Krakow the Sixt staff proceeded to up sell me additional insurance and explained the insurance I purchased through your website, which was sponsored on the rental confirmation I recieved; Allianz Global Assistance did not mean anything to them. Sixt explained if I did not buy insurance through them I would be personally liable for any damages to my rental and would have to separately/privately file a claim with Allianz. I do not appreciate this not being explained when I booked my car on priceline. I also do not appreciate being sold a $200 insurance only to pickup my car and be sold more insurance. You should train the companies your partner with such as Sixt to have an actual understanding of what you communicate to customers internationally. Terrible overall customer experience.GREEN MOTION

Cons:
The company tried to take €600.00 of deposit for a small car, where other companies take up to 1000 PLN for a big car. I had to simply resign from hiring as the team was very rude and unhelpful and get a car at the airport from a different company paying only 500.00 PLN deposit. I have been told that this company does not pay the deposit back mostly to the foreign customers, making up false damage claims. Be aware!!!!10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I ordered a Mercedes Benz through kayak for a specific price and called ahead in advance to make sure that I would receive the car. The worker told me I would as long as I had a reservation, but upon arrival, I was told to contact budget because there must've been a problem with the reservation, and they told me to contact kayak. All of this was a big hassle, and I just got a different car instead. I'm unsatisfied and won't be using kayak anymore.8.4 Very good
