This location claimed in writing on the rental agreement that their office is "...located on the first floor (of their building). The front door is always open, there is no need to use an intercom." However, when we arrived, the door was not open, there was no way to find an intercom code; just their placard with their phone number next to the closed door. Within a few minutes, someone came up to the door and it wasn't until we saw the "Go" logo on his shirt that we realized he was the representative. He did not introduce himself, but after we all realized what happened, he was very professional and efficient, and we were soon on our way. Upon returning, we were a few hours earlier than our original return time as we had overestimated to allow for any unseen issues. Again, the door was not open and nobody was there. We had to call the phone number and were still not let into an "office". That said, the dispatcher was very quick, did speak English (we were in Poland) and called us back shortly to let us know a representative would be there within 30 minutes. The representative was there within about 15 minutes, and again, very professional and efficient. All this is just to say, customers renting from this location should be made aware that this is not a garage with an office, so they do not experience the confusion that we did, particularly in a foreign country where we did not speak or read the language. Also, the cars are not housed at the location as one would expect. Apparently they are brought from another location as needed and parked on the street outside the "office." None of this is particularly a problem, just that customers need to know what to expect. A big plus, however: this location is very convenient. It is far easier to access than going all the way to and from the airport!
