Superb service and excellent seats

Business class at Economy class price

Pros: Service, flight attendants, seats, comfort, just about everything

Cons: The tablets used for the entertainment are of poor quality On the way out 2 tablets were out of battery In the way back the tablet sound jack was not working well

Pros: Flight to London and back. Both flights were on time. Crew was attentive and helpful. Bump free check in. Food was ok. Entertainment was good. Some tablets have different selections of movies and shows. If you have a round trip and did not finish watching your movie you may not have the same selection of programs back. So may exchange it for a different tablet to finish watching.it was a nice fligh!!! Would highly recommend!

Cons: Chairs have problem functioning. Very old and you may not be lucky to have a chair that reclines all the way down. You will need a help of the crew member so they have to hit the chair right way so it will work. It was fun. They are pro in it. Or you have to change a seat for the one that works. But chairs are comfortable otherwise. If they upgrade the salon it will be the best business class flight for the price!!! I hope they do it.

The overall experience was fantastic!

Pros: Check in, boarding, space, service- all were first class all the way. At some point there was an unfortunate odor from a fellow passenger and they even blew air freshener.

Cons: The food was really mediocre. And the chairs were confusing. They look and act like business class lay flat chairs, but the angle makes it so you sorta slide down all night. Not sure who designed the seats- but they are odd. Still 90% better than coach and only 10% off true business first. Overall I really recommend the airline

Fantastic experience

Pros: Check in, food, seat (great for the price), baggage delivery (incredibly fast!!!!) AND: the smile of the dedicated crew. What a change ! I absolutely love La compagnie.

New favorite airline

Pros: It's all super. Perhaps, as some folks have said earlier, it's not big airline business, but it's surely much better than regular economy. Big seats, courteous staff, good food, "sleepable" bed/seat, very comfortable. We also liked having the use of their comfortable and quiet lounge which was not far from security check in. Easy boarding because there were maybe 30 +/- people on the flight from CDG to EWR

Cons: Nothing except my partner's seat got stuck in down position but the crew quickly fixed that so it wasn't even a problem.

Good Business Class Service at a Lower Cost

Pros: Really enjoyed my first flight on La Compagnie. It's a great opportunity to get a business class fare at a premium economy price. The seats were reasonably comfortable, although somewhat confusing to manipulate. Food was good. Nice options for in-flight entertainment. I would fly again.

All just fine

Pros: We travel to Europe for pleasure a couple times a year and routinely fly economy. For a little more money we can fly La Compagnie. It's so much better. We had dinner in their lounge: a nice buffet with tortellinis, meatballs and fish with veggies, bread, salad, and cookies for dessert. And lots of wine, beer, and champagne. What's not to like. Boarding was simple -- so few people. Seats were very comfortable. I was able to curl up and sleep. Not a king size bed but plenty of room for me. Went to sleep almost immediately because we didn't have to wait for dinner. Great idea. Excellent breakfast with real metal flatware -- what a surprise on a plane. Could be our new favorite airline.

Pros: I was very surprised at how nice the staff were. The seats are comfortable and it was a pleasurable trip to Paris.

Keep it up !

Pros: Great value for the money. Like the lounge access and fast track upgrade as aprt of the fare price. Check in was very quick. Good service and comfortable seat although it still does not get you flat for an overnight sleep. Entertainment system needs upgrading as it had to be re-booted twice to get movies to play and the selection was just ok.( no current movies) but overall very pleased with the experience.
