MQT Rental with Avis - July 2018

Pros: Pick up was fast and easy. The rental counter is literally steps away from the baggage claim.

Pros: The agent was really laid back and made the pick up and drop off process SUPER easy.

Cons: The care they gave me is a death trap because I was driving in very wintry conditions. Places without snow and ice might have been fine.

Rental agent wasn't even there, so couldn't pick u

Cons: Rental agent wasn't even at the desk. Waited 30 min and tried calling the phone number left on a sign which went straight to voicemail. The agents at the other car rental companies' desks nearby said they hadn't even seen anyone come in today. I gave up and rented a car from National instead.

Pros: I never got a chance.

Cons: No one was at the counter and there was no note as to when they would be back. Obviously I couldn't pick up the car I'd reserved. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. Thankfully Avis' counter had a rep there and was able help me out.
