We expected a Ford Escape but received a Nissan Murano. Very nice vehicle for our trip.Cons:
The previous renter smoked in the car even tho they have a non-smoking policy. The car was not detailed and had gunk in the cup holders, etc. The insurance was horrid - $30 extra per day. We paid a few dollars more than what Kayak said, but the insurance was a joke. I'll never rent from Avis again ever.7.2 Good

Payed for impala got a Cruze. Extremely low tire pressure. Had to take time to properly inflate. Dangerously low tire pressure. Car was not pulled up or ready. Enterprise next time!10.0 Wonderful

The car itself was fine, even though it was clear that someone had smoked in it at some point.Cons:
I should have looked at the paperwork more carefully, to be sure, but the tank was only 3/4 full when we got the car and the rental agreement said that it was full, so I had to fill the tank. This was an irritating waste of money, as I'd barely used two gallons of fuel.6.4 Okay

The was a fairly quick pick-up at the airport with no major complications, though the customer service agent was a little curt. The car worked as promised, though I did think it would have cruise control and it did not.Cons:
This car was very stinky, clearly one that a lot of cigarettes had been smoked in. After driving for an hour to my destination, then three hours to another, my clothes and luggage already reeked and I was getting a headache. Budget should notify regarding which cars are smoking vs. non-smoking and make that a selectable option for customers.Easirent
