Pros:
The car was new..Cons:
One an half hours of my life I won't get back. They wouldn'tfill the gas tank. The car was less than 1/8 tank. So they drove me 30 minutes to another budget that had a full tank because they did want to pay for gas. Budget corporateoffice doesn'treimburse an they said they had no moneyNational

Cons:
We made our reservation to pick the vehicle up at about 10am for a 5pm pick up from the airport. When we arrived at 4:15. We landed a little early and there was no one at the Payless booth. We waited about 25 minutes and still no one showed up to we had to get someone from Hertz to call them for us. They said they’d be there in 25 mins so they should have arrived at 5:15. The guy did not show up until 6:15. He brought us a dirty car w a broken side mirror housing, two cracks in the windshield, and the car had less then a quarter tank of gas, so before I even got to my hotel the fuel light came on. We didn’t leave the airport until after 7pm. When we came back to return the car the same thing happened, there was no one at the booth and we had to have Hertz call them. They did arrive much sooner this time but it put us as risk of missing our flight.Deal Mobility Rent a Car
