Very quite hotel. Comfortable bed. Central location.
Pros (+) Bilingual staff very helpful, great and safe location close to many important attractions, ample rooms, two restaurants inside with great and delicious food. Very inexpensive for being such an elegant hotel. I will come back....

Cons (-) Hotel is a little out dated. Bedding was like a board. Carpet needs replacement.
Pros (+) I like the location of the hotel. It is located in the main street. Reforma. It is convenient location to walk or take a taxi to several destinations.
Cons (-) The maintenance on the shower equipment needs to be address. While I was enjoying a bath. Every time I opened the water the shoer head would leak. I noticed that housekeeping does not vacuum the rooms as part of the daily cleanup. More attention to detail is needed.
