Staff at Midland and Harlingen were both very friendly and attentive. Vehicle was clean and provided a very comfortable ride. Drop-off at Harlingen was super easy; just provided ending mileage, parking location and keys and I was on my way. Receipt emailed to me. Will definitely use National again for future rentals.Cons:

The attendant there when I first arrived was annoyed that I would disrupt her free time with my business. Very rude and not hospitable at all. The attendant upon my return was the opposite. Paid a taxi to carry me to get my car and they didn't have any cars available. Was told it would be at least 2 days before they had one. Then had to pay to get back to my truck. Shouldn't make a reservation if you don't have cars available!Avis
