Admittedly, I haven't rented a car in a long time. The new, apparently across-the-industry policy of not using a debit card unless the reservation is made 24 hours in advance was a surprise. The manager at the location I attempted to rent from could have been way more helpful and understanding. I didn't cuss anyone out that day, but it wasn't because he didn't deserve it. Of course, I never got the rental. Thanks for nothing, Hertz.

Pros:

The people are very friendly.

Cons:

I had to wait over one hour forty minutes them to get the car. Which made me three hours late for work.

Pros:

When we arrived there was no one at the counter. After waiting ten minutes, the agent came and was downright rude. Although we had booked the car in advance she claimed there were no cars on the lot for us to take. We were left stranded without transportation. I was highly disappointed at how we were treated and would not recomend using them. Additionally, I had purchased an insurance policy with the car and only the car rental was canceled not the insurace I booked. I would like a refund for my insurance.

Don’t use them you will be disapointed

Pros:

Nothing. I just meet a fraudulent agent. I reserved everything online, and I bought full coverage as well. When I arrived at NextCar agent at Liberty road, Baltimore, the person told me that we can not give you the car unless you buy our personal full coverage ( the value was twice the typical one near 25$/day). They told me that I have to cancel the ones that I bought online. Officially they had no commitment to my online reservation.
