Cons: The seat in front of me was broken and reclined past normal position the entire flight. The crew was aware and wouldn't let me change my seat even though there were vacancies. I had to stick my legs in the aisle the entire flight and pull them in for people to pass.

Odessa to Ataturk -- $80

Pros: all fine at the Odessa end...

Cons: all food and drink was purchase only, a la budget flights de europe. 90+ minute wait for bags to make it to baggage claim belt.

Don't fly with OnurAir!

Pros: Absolutely nothing!

Cons: The flight was delayed almost 4 hours! Seems to be typical, the delay caused me to miss my next transport. Staff was all over the place, as was the flight. Offered what seemed to be cat food dropped in some bread as a consolation prize for waiting the 2 hour delay, which was actually almost 4, after waiting in boarding lines and in the shuttle, where we were scolded by the crew. Altogether horrible experience, no matter what the price of the "discount" ticket.

First time flying Onur Air, and the flight was delayed for 2 hours

Pros: The boarding staff was friendly. We had overweight luggage but they didn't make any problems.

Cons: Travelling with kids is hard enough, and it doesn't help when the flight is delayed for 2 hours. I understand it might be not under control of airline, but it still ruined the experience.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They declined to board me for a minor mistake in my visa and I have to buy another ticket to fly the next day with another flight company

Not sticking to the time

Pros: Boarding is quick

Cons: The is a delay in departure more than one hour for some technical fault in the craft. We have been crammed with out sending us back to the lounge. Disgusting

Scammed by Onur air

Pros: I arrived at the airport on my scheduled day ad time. The checkin counter opened late and then they had scheduled my flight a day later. There was no one I could contact since kayak doesn't have an international telephone number. Onur air was completely negligent and I was forced to buy a one way ticket in order to travel that day. I am completely disappointed and will definitely think twice before buying a flight through kayak or any travel site again. Not at all the planned Christmas vacation I expected since I lost money purchasing another flight.

Worst company I've ever filed with

Cons: Flight was delayed with no explanation for almost two hours. Crew was rude and didn't answer any questions. Overall, I'm truly dissapointed.

Just like any other flight without amenities

Pros: I liked nothing. The staff were nice though.

Cons: the pain in my knees for 2 hours. Being 6'4 and flyin anywhere is not reccomended.

Typical low cost flight

Pros: They gave us the emergency exit seats without extra cost. The on board magazine is well done.

Cons: There's no alcohol on board (even for money), and the food choice is poor and without prices.

Cons: There was absolutely NO leg room. If the person in the seat had tipped their seat back, my knees would have had no where to go. Stop cramming so many seats in & making it impossible to get comfortable.

Old plain and dirty

Pros: Nothing The food is very bad

Cons: Nothing is good Even the price , I could have saved with Turkish airlines Will nerver fly with your airlines

Cons: No leg room! They clearly cut down on the leg room in order to add one or two rows of seats, and this made the entire flight very uncomfortable.

Pay as you go

Pros: On time arrival

Cons: Seat reservation online wouldn't work in English- and required a fee to reserve any seat. No food or water provided Except for a fee- crew spent the majority of the flight selling duty free cigarettes and alcohol. Announcements were in Turkish and French - but the French was very hard to understand due to the Turkish accent.

It was a disaster

Pros: We were finally able to arrive to our destination after a 5 hour delay.

Cons: There was a 5 hour delay in which the officials did mother make any announcements. People at the gate said it wasn'the their concern. There were no violent fights but there were cursing between the passengers and the gate crew. Police had to come. Passengers talked about suing, there is video evidence - I have some as well. I will NEVER fly with onur air again.

Cons: They cancelled my flight without any notice and they could not offer any alternative because they cancelled the route of my flight all at once. They did not reimburse the ticket, they did not pay for my Hotel. I had to purchase a new ticket with a different airline and I had to pay for my Hotel since the first possible flight would leave next day.

Worst flight ever

Pros: Booked under Baker Aviation, checked in under Onur Air but I only found out about the name change by chance. Counter staff was very rude, flight left late, Poor communication, poor structure for lining up and boarding. No food or drink offered unless for money, not even water. Stewardesses tried twice to sell things. Would never fly again. Just a cigarette selling machine on wings.

I WILL NEVER USE VAYAYA AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Cons: I DIDNT FLY

Cons: I didn't fly. I called both the airlines and vayama (Kayak booked it thru it) were not able to refund the tax portion of the unused ticket. This is my legal right to get credited back.
