The excellent customer service of pick up and drop off. Even though Driving Force was not located at the airport, and needing to take a 20min. taxi ride to the pick up/drop off area, the price point is still attractive and affordable. Thank you to the Driving Force team and best wishes!

Pros:

For me, it was also handy to have a city (vs airport) location.

Cons:

I didn't appreciate that winter tires are considered an upsell. It wasn't relevant for my trip but soon when there is snow, winter tires are practically mandatory for out-of-town driving.

Our flight was delayed and we were going to arrive after the rental office had closed so I called ahead and two representatives stayed late to make sure we got our rental. My wife and two young children waited back at the airport and it worked out very well. Thank you for the extra service! We highly recommend the Driving Force. The Keith family

They had one car left that we booked online at 03:00 AM during a last minute emergency going into a long weekend which helped us immensely. Unfortunately it was a long weekend so they are closed on the Monday even though we were back Sunday night, but they don’t have a key drop nor could we leave the car there due to crime and breakins in the neighborhood, so we had to pay an extra day to park offsite and return it on Tuesday.

First of all, upon checking in, we were told that this booking was supposed to be for starting the day before (which was incorrect). They said that they did an inspection of the car and there was no damages; however, we found multiple scratches and dents everywhere and we had to hail the staff to check them. Finally, the car was supposed to be a Hyundai Elantra or alike (which I understand that they do not guarantee the exact model), but the car we were given was a lot smaller than that. The difference in size between Elantra and this car Corolla hatchback was substantial. The staff was friendly but this whole experience was tinted because of these issues.
