Pick up took almost an hour. They didn't have the van we reserved. Then they held part of our deposit because the drivers seat was barely damp when we returned and claimed they could not rent it out even though it was 5pm and no one was picking up since they closed at 6. Never renting from this company again!

There was no car available and the staff invented many reasons to refuse to rent me a car, as soon as they realised that it was a fox rental

Scam outfit. Insurance is a rip off, quintupling the price. Or, pay a $20 per day fee to waive the insurance! Whaaaaaaa!?!?!!! No thanks. I walked away.
